About Paulo

Paulo Ibarra was born in Leon GTO Mexico, where he graduated with a Master's degree in Industrial Design. In 2002, Paulo realized that he had a passion for hair design and make-up artistry. He graduated from the Bellevue Beauty Academy in 2003 and began following his passion as a stylist, colorist and makeup artist. 

Style Tech Hair Studio celebrates the launch of Paulo's hair design venture. As part of the Mosaics Salon + Spa Group, Style Tech Studio is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, WA. Paulo is excited to service all of his loyal customers as well as taking on new clientele. Paulo has made it his mission to also stay on point with new styling concepts, cutting and coloring techniques with continued training and artisanal innovation.
